Karnofsky Cruising; Arnwine Falling

Level 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Justin Arnwine
Justin Arnwine

There's been plenty of action on Table 116, where Harlan Karnofsky has taken a big lead while Justin Arnwine has dropped even further as the short stack.

Karnofsky raised to 200,000 from the cutoff and received calls from Michel Molenaar and Justin Arnwine on the button and small blind. Karnofsky bet 450,000 on the K73 flop. Only Molenaar called. The 10 turn and 3 river checked through to showdown, where Karnofsky's KJ was best.

The very next hand, Arnwine made it 200,000 from the button and received calls from David Rees and Karnofsky from the blinds. Arnwine continued for 200,000 on the K109 flop. Only Rees called. The 2 turn checked through to the 4 river, where Rees' bet of 500,000 folded out Arnwine.

Arnwine received a small rebate on the next deal, raising to 200,000 from the cutoff and getting called by everyone at the table. He fired out 560,000 on the 843 flop, which took down the pot.

Two hands later, Karnofsky opened to 200,000 from the cutoff and called when Arnwine made it 900,000 from the small blind. Karnofsky called a bet of 375,000 on the Q93 flop, bringing in the Q turn. Arnwine sized up to 700,000 but snap-folded when Karnofsky jammed as the big stack.
