Action folded around to Harlan Karnofsky, who limped from the small blind. Michel Molenaar checked the big blind, and the players saw the 4♥Q♣K♠ flop.

Karnofsky bet 200,000, and Molenaar made the call, and the pair were taken to the 2♠ turn. Karnofsky bet 550,000, and Molenaar raised to 1,300,000. It didn't take long for Karnofsky to top up and pay to see the 6♠ river.
