Russell Giordano Eliminated in 3rd Place ($128,446)
Level 42
: Blinds 1,200,000/2,500,000, 2,500,000 ante
Russell Giordano just crushed his Hendon Mob record for his best cash, which was previously $2,767.
Karapet Galstyan raised from the button for all of his chips worth 19,500,000, Joshua Lusby-Angvick made a quick call, and Russell Giordano also made a speedy call with the lowest stack of 15,000,000.
Russell Giordano: 8♠8♣
Karapet Galstyan: 9♠9♣
Joshua Lusby-Angvick: A♠8♦
Lusby-Angvick had an opportunity to eliminate both his opponents, but the poker gods had other ideas with the board of J♦3♥6♣7♦5♥, as Galstyan's pair of nines would surface as the winner, and Giordano would head to the pay desk.
