Two Outer Sees Schutten Survive vs Four
Level 13
: Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante
Looking down at K♦3♣, Jesse Lonis opened to 55,000 from under the gun, and Brek Schutten called all in one seat to his left, for his final 45,000 holding A♣J♣. Biao Ding also chose to call from the hijack with 7♥7♦, which tempted David Coleman in with 9♠9♣ and Ren Lin in with 4♣2♣ from the small and big blinds, too.
Five ways to a flop, the dealer spread 3♠Q♦Q♠ across the felt, and the action checked through. The 5♠ turn joined the board, and once again, everybody checked.
The dealer completed the board with the J♥, and when the action checked through for a third time, Schutten found out that he had found one of just two available outs to increase his stack five-fold.
