Level 29 : 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Peter Mugar
Peter Mugar

Peter Mugar opened to 300,000 from under the gun and was called by Xiaohu Liu in the big blind.

Liu checked the J83 flop before Mugar continued for 150,000. Liu opted to respond with a check-raise to 700,000.

Mugar counted out his stack before he went all-in for 1,800,000. Liu called to put Mugar at risk.

Peter Mugar: AAAll in
Xiaohu Liu: 109

Liu had plenty of outs with a straight draw and a flush draw, while Mugar hoped to hold with his aces.

Liu did not have to wait long as the 4 turn improved Liu to a flush. Mugar was not out for the count, however, as he had a flush draw working for him.

The river did not help Mugar as it came the 7 to eliminate him in fifth place.

Mugar earned $120,035 for his finish.

Peter Mugar jammed for 1,200,000 under the gun and Chenxiang Miao made the call from the small blind to put him at risk.

Peter Mugar: KQ All in
Chenxiang Miao: JJ

Mugar needed to win the flip or he would be the first casualty of the day.

Miao's two jacks stayed good through the 2A8 flop and 4 turn. However, the Q river was exactly what Mugar needed, and he doubled up.

Bet and Take it for Miao

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

The table is still finding its footing as post-flop action has been hard to come by thus far during the opening level.

Daniyal Gheba raised to 240,000 from under the gun and was called by Chenxiang Miao on the button.

Gheba checked the K89 flop before Miao bet 250,000.

Gheba pitched his cards into the muck as Miao took down the pot. Miao has chipped up over 1,000,000 in chips since the start of the day as he continues to put pressure on the table.

Lin Loses Some to Miao

Level 28 : Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Ren Lin completed from the small blind and Chenxiang Miao checked his option from the big blind.

Lin check-called a bet of 200,000 from Miao on the 586 flop.

A J hit the turn and Lin check-called a second bet from Miao, this time for 375,000.

Two checks came after the Q river and Lin showed K7 for king-high. Miao's A6 for a pair of sixes was enough to earn the pot.
