Check, check followed the 3♠4♣4♠ flop and the J♥ came on the turn. Plesuv bet 550,000, which Winter called.

After seeing the 2♠ hit the river, Plesuv jammed for Winter's remaining 2,500,000. Winter gave it a lot of thought before eventually deciding to call for all of his chips.

Plesuv showed a bluff with Q♥10♠ and lost the pot to Winter's A♥10♥ for just ace-high.

Both players checked the K♣Q♣2♠ flop and the 2♦ hit the turn. Martirosian placed out a delayed continuation-bet of 550,000, and Plesuv continued with a call.

A double board-pairing K♥ completed the runout, and Martirosian overbet for 3,500,000. Plesuv quickly called and Martirosian sheepishly tabled 10♠6♦, playing the board.

Plesuv showed K♠J♦ for a full house to take down the pot, close the gap on Martirosian, and distance himself over short-stacked Winter.

Artur Martirosian raised to 400,000 from the button and Sean Winter three-bet to 2,200,000 out of the big blind. Martirosian continued with a call and the two players saw the dealer fan the 4♦A♥3♦ flop.

Winter bet 500,000 and Martirosian called for the J♥ to arrive on the turn.

Both players checked and a board-pairing J♠ hit the river. Winter checked for the final time and Martirosian took a few moments before jamming for Winter's remaining 4,735,000.

Winter winced, scratched his head and went deep into the tank. Having saved up plenty of time banks throughout the tournament for a moment exactly like this, Winter burned through several of them thinking of how to proceed.

Eventually, Winter decided a fold was best with 10♠10♦, only for Martirosian to calmly drag in the pot with 5♦5♣ for a bluff.

A second check came from Martirosian on the J♦ turn, and Plesuv fired again, this time for 1,100,000. Martirosian elected to call.

Both players checked the 7♥ river and Martirosian announced, "I win," before turning over J♠10♥ for two pair. Plesuv mucked 7♦5♦.
