Colin Robinson moved all in on the button, and, with a shorter stack, Anatoly Zlotnikov called.
Anatoly Zlotnikov: A♣7♣
Colin Robinson: A♥5♦
Both players finished the hand with just ace-high on the 6♠4♣K♥Q♦K♠ board, but crucially, Zlotnikov's kicker earned him a double-up.
Colin Robinson raised to 600,000 in the cutoff and Anatoly Zlotnikov three-bet to 4,600,000 in the small blind. Robinson called off his remaining 4,000,000 to put himself at risk.
Colin Robinson: 8♠8♣
Anatoly Zlotnikov: 5♥5♦
Robinson pulled ahead further on the J♥8♥2♦ flop, improving to a set of eights. He locked up the win on the 4♠ turn and the meaningless Q♠ rolled off on the river.
Anatoly Zlotnikov raised to 600,000 from under the gun with 3♦3♣, Chang Lee flatted in the cutoff holding 4♠4♥, and Chris Brewer defended in the big blind with K♦J♠.
All three players checked on the 9♠J♦9♦ flop, bringing the 4♣ turn, where Brewer led out for 1,000,000. Zlotnikov folded and Lee bumped it up to 4,000,000 with his full house.
Brewer quickly folded and accidently showed his hand as he tossed his cards into the muck.
"Wow, big fold," said Lee, as he scooped the pot.
Action folded around to Santhosh Suvarna in the small blind, who moved all in for 2,225,000 effective to put Colin Robinson at risk in the big blind. Robinson made the call.
Colin Robinson: K♣4♣
Santhosh Suvarna: K♦3♣
"I'm okay with a chop, chopping is good for the soul," said Robinson before the dealer put out the 2♠Q♣4♥ flop.
Robinson got more than he asked for and pulled ahead by pairing his four. The turn landed the 8♠ and the river fell the 4♠, earning Robinson yet another double-up.
Anatoly Zlotnikov raised to 650,000 from under the gun holding 9♣6♣, Santhosh Suvarna flatted on the button with Q♥9♥, and Chris Brewer defended in the big blind with A♣J♥.
The trio saw a flop of 9♠5♥4♠ and it checked to Zlotnikov, who bet 700,000. Only Suvarna continued to the 8♥ turn.
Zlotnikov slowed down with a check and Suvarna fired out a bet of 1,200,000. Zlotnikov called and the river fell the J♦.
Zlotnikov checked again and Suvarna elected to check back to scoop the pot with the superior kicker.
