Qiang Xu limped in from the cutoff, and Grzegorz Derkowski announced pot on the button, for a bet totalling 90,000. Brandon Shack-Harris called from the big blind, and Xu did the same.

On a flop of A♥6♠10♥, Xu potted when checked to, and Derkowski called all-in for his remaining 125,000. Shack-Harris made the fold.

Derkowski's pocket jacks were behind to Xu's two pair, but had plenty of outs with an inside wrap as well as a royal draw. The 7♣ turn improved Xu slightly and took away an out for Derkowski, but that wouldn't matter as the 5♥ river gave him the nut flush to see him survive.

The clock was called on Pauli, and with five seconds left, he tossed in his last 5,000 chip to put his tournament life at risk.
