Dzivielevski Gets Value from Kulev
Level 25
: Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Alex Kulev opened K♠8♦ on the button for 1,350,000 and Yuri Dzivielevski defended 8♣7♦ from the big blind.
The 2♦5♥2♥ flop saw Dzivielevski check-fold to a 900,000 bet by Kulev.
In the next hand, Kulev woke up with K♠K♣ sitting under the gun and Dzivielevski called with 10♣9♣ from the small blind.
A 8♠10♠9♥ flop saw Dzivielevski pick up two-pair, putting him ahead of and Kulev's kings and both opted to check to the Q♦ turn.
Dzivielevski checked, Kulev checked behind and the pair saw the 3♦ complete the board. Dzivielevski asked for 1,900,000 and Kulev made a swift call but quickly saw his kings were no good as the pot was pushed Dzivielevski's way.
