The 9♦ hit the turn and it checked to Ausmus, who jammed for 40,000. Chen attempted to raise but was told he could only make the standard big bet, which was 160,000 at this level.
Glaser politely objected and confidently assured the dealer that Chen could only call Ausmus' all-in of 40,000. After a brief rules discussion, the floor was called, and the ruling was that Chen's 160,000 was valid. Glaser accepted the ruling, despite not agreeing, and folded, leaving the other two to table their cards.

Ausmus wished Chen and Glaser good luck heads up after seeing he was already drawing dead against Chen's flush.
An irrelevant 8♠ completed the board, and Ausmus headed to the payout desk as the third-place finisher.

Both players checked the 5♥ river and Ausmus turned over QxJx for a missed straight draw. Chen showed K♦2♣ to claim the pot with king-high.
