Jean-Robert Bellande, on break from the final table of the $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em event taking place on another part of the main feature stage, came over to the table and Bryn Kenney started giving him advice. In the meantime, Jonathan Krela had raised in the cutoff and Kenney called in the big blind.
Krela continued on the J♥Q♥5♦ flop, and Kenney raised. Krela called, and the 5♠ fell on the turn.
Kenney then bet, Krela raised, and Kenney called all in. He showed K♣9♦ for a straight draw, while Krela had two pair with K♠Q♣. Kennedy failed to improve on the 6♣ river, and he was sent to the rail.
"Sorry about that," Bellande told him.
"It's okay. I was short anyway," Kenney replied as he continued providing tips.
With around 70,000 already in the pot preflop, Phil Ivey bet from the small blind on the 5♠9♥8♣ flop. Naoya Kihara called from the hijack and Marco Johnson called on the button.
A 7♦ hit the turn and Ivey bet again. Kihara raised, causing Johnson to tank-fold. Ivey continued with a call.
A 6♦ landed on the river and Ivey checked. Kihara bet, which Ivey called.
Kihara turned over Q♥J♦ and was playing the board with a straight. Ivey took a second before revealing K♠K♦, and the two chopped up Johnson's chips.
Jonathan Twomley raised under the gun and was called by Kevin Song in the cutoff and Jesse Lonis in the big blind.
All three players checked the 6♣9♣7♣ flop. Twomley then bet on the A♦ turn and Song folded, while Lonis raised. Twomley called, and the J♠ fell on the river.
Lonis then bet, and Twomley called. Lonis turned over K♣4♣ for a flopped flush, and Twomley mucked.

Check, check followed the 4♣ river and Cassidy turned over Q♦8♠ for a pair of eights. Johnson had him beat with 9♣9♥, and the pot was pushed his way.
