Marc Rivera in the big blind, John Esposito in middle position, and Shannon Pearce in late had grown the pot to around 100,000 iwhen the flop dropped 3♦K♥6♣. All players checked.

The turn 4♥ fell and Rivera bet 40,000. Esposito replied with an all-in shove for 207,000. Peace got out of the way, and when action returned to him, Rivera called, taking to the ensuing showdown.
