Selbst showed JJ108 for a straight, Krupin had AA22 for aces and a flush draw, while Paz-Gutierrez turned over AJ73. The river was the 6 and Selbst scooped the pot to send both opponents to the rail.

Rean showed QJ54 for trips, but Filippi had A643 and took the pot with his ace-kicker.

The flop rolled out Q♠9♥7♣ and Chan checked over to Phillips, who bet. This prompted Chan to raise and Phillips matched the bet.

On the turn 3♣, Chan checked over to Phillips who bet again, and Chan called.

Chan checked the K♥ river and folded to Phillips' final bet.

"Nice bluff," said table mate John Holley.

"I was bluffing," replied Phillips, "until the river."

Selbst Comes From Behind to Double Off Vornicu

Valentin Vornicu raised on the button before Vanessa Selbst reraised in the small blind. Vornicu then four-bet, and Selbst called for her last 95,000.

Selbst needed to improve against Vornicu's aces, and she made trips on the K4K flop to take the lead. "How do you play that shit?" she said in jest as the rest of the board ran out J5 to earn her a double up.

The turn was the K and Selbst checked to Vandemheen, who put out a bet. Vornicu then raised, and Selbst took a minute before folding. Vandemheen called to the J river, where he led out with a bet.

"You always river it," Vornicu said before calling, and Vandemheen showed AQ109 for the rivered nut straight. Vornicu flashed queen-jack for a beaten flopped straight.

"You're the luckiest man alive," he told Vandemheen after the hand.
