Sebastian Schulz raised in middle position and William House three-bet in the hijack. Michael Krescanko called in the cutoff, as did Vanessa Selbst in the small blind. Schulz also called for his last chips.
"Crazy game, this," bystander Valentin Vornicu said as the three players checked the Q♥6♦9♣ flop. Selbst then led out with a bet on the 9♥ turn, and House and Krescanko both folded.
Selbst showed J♠10♦9♠8♦ for trips, while Schulz had K♥10♥6♣3♣. The 8♣ river improved Selbst to a full house, and Schulz was sent to the rail.
Action was picked up on the flop in a pot between Dorian Rios in the big blind, John Holley in first position and Tyler Phillips in the cutoff.
The flop rolled out 9♣8♦4♠ and Rios bet to see Holley raise, with Phillips raising behind him.
Rios and Holley both matched Phillips bet to see the turn 8♠ where Rios bet a second time to see two callers.
On the river 7♦ Rios bet once more to see both Holley and Phillips call.
"Full house," said Rios as he tabled 8♥7♥6♣5♠ for eights full of sevens, while Holley tabled A♥Q♠5♣2♣ for the nut low. Phillips flashed Ax9x4x3x as he tossed his hand away into the muck, left short after the three-way confrontation.
Tyler Phillips bet from the button on a flop of 6♣9♣3♣ and Kevin Lutz called in the cutoff.
Both players checked the 7♦ turn. Lutz then bet on the 2♠ river, and Phillips called.
Lutz showed A♠7♣5♥4♣ for a flush and low, and Phillips mucked.
Katherine Orschel was all in and at risk for her last 20,000 with five players having seen the flop.
Action checked through on the flop of 10♣8♣5♥ and on the turn 5♦, John Holley in the small blind bet to see Per Hildebrand in the big blind raise. Everyone else folded and Holley thought for a little bit before tossing Q♥J♣10♠9♠ away.
Katherine Orschel: Q♦7♠3♠2♦
Per Hildebrand: A♠K♠6♥5♣
Hildebrand filled up on the river K♦ and he eliminated Orschel from the tournament.
"Easy big blind to steal," Vanessa Selbst said as she opened under the gun. Ingo Klasen then three-bet in the small blind and Valentin Vornicu gave up his big blind, while Selbst called.
Both players checked the A♦5♥K♥ flop. Klasen checked the 9♥ turn, Selbst bet, and Klasen called.
Selbst bet again on the K♠ river, and Klasen again called. "Ace-king," Vornicu said even before Selbst revealed her cards, and she did indeed turn over A♣K♣J♦6♦ for a full house to win the pot.
