Taylor Folds Half to Tiny Bet
Brian Breck fired a pot-sized bet of 18,100 on the 9♠K♦8♦ flop from the big blind. Yuval Bronshtein folded in early position before Esther Taylor called in the cutoff. Nino Pansier got out of the way as well, leading to a heads-up 4♥ turn.
Breck quickly potted again for 54,300, leaving only 2,000 behind. After some debate, Taylor just called, after which Breck put in the rest on the A♣ river.
Taylor went deep into the tank, but eventually decided to fold for what amounted to less than 2 percent of the pot.
Breck gleefully showed 8♠7♦6♦4♣2♠ as he raked in the chips.
"Oh my god, I could beat that," Taylor claimed in horror as she saw her opponent's hand. "I'm the worst ever," she continued before she and some tablemates erupted in laughter, "but you still had the low."
