Lorgeree Stuns Harder on the River
Level 22
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Doug Lorgeree raised to 100,000 in middle position and Daniel Aharoni called on the button, as did Christian Harder in the big blind.
The flop came K♣8♠4♦ and Harder led out for 345,000. Only Lorgeree called, and the Q♠ fell on the turn.
Harder then bet 290,000, leaving one 5,000 chip behind, and Lorgeree moved all in. Harder looked around to see what was happening on the other tables before flicking in his last chip.
Harder showed A♣K♦10♣8♥5♦ for two pair, while Lorgeree had A♦Q♣9♣3♦2♥. The river brought the Q♦ to give Lorgeree trips, and Harder shot out of his seat and quickly made his way to the exit.
"Wow," tablemate David Benyamine chimed in.
