Chip Leader Allen Chang Eyes Third Bracelet in $800 Deepstack No-Limit Hold'em
Action continues at the 2026 World Series of Poker with Day 2 of Event #43: $800 8-Handed Deepstack No-Limit Hold'em kicking off at 11 a.m. local time inside the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas.
Only 230 players are returning from a massive field that started with 3,903 entries, all of whom have their eyes set on the first-place prize of $318,556, as well as the coveted gold bracelet. The event generated a prize pool of $2,732,100, with all remaining competitors already having locked up at least $2,297.
Allen Chang (2,300,000) enters Day 2 as the only player in the field to eclipse the two million chip mark. Chang, a two-time WSOP online bracelet winner, will look to carry his momentum into Day 2 as he hunts for his first live bracelet.
Right on his heels is Cristian Gutierrez (1,950,000), who captured a piece of WSOP gold last year in the $600 Pot-Limit Omaha Deepstack, and rounding out the podium is Mehrdad Vahabi with 1,755,000.
