Barakat Shows Weisman the Nuts
Level 9
: Blinds 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
With around 65,000 in the pot on a completed board of 5♠K♥7♣4♦A♥, Youness Barakat bet 24,000 from middle position and was met by a raise to 115,000 from Dylan Weisman on the button.
Barakat deliberated briefly before making it 300,000 to go.
Weisman let out a sigh, looked back at his cards, thought for a while, and then flicked in a chip to call.
It was bad news for Weisman as Barakat tabled the unbeatable 10♠9♣8♦6♦ for the nut straight to claim the pot and slash Weisman's stack down to around 200,000.
