The only table on the other side of the tournament area saw Biao Ding in the cutoff squeeze to 108,000 and Robert Cowen called in the hijack. That led them to the A♥7♥7♦ flop on which Cowen opted to check-call for 40,000.

Cowen checked again the 4♣ turn and Ding's second barrel was for 85,000. That was enough to claim the pot right there at the exact moment Adam Hendrix walked past the table out of the tournament area.
