Smith Sends Winter to the Rail

Level 13 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Sean Winter
Sean Winter

By the time the board showed 43355, Dylan Smith made it 250,000 to go. He was up against Sean Winter from under the gun, who had 181,000 behind and was visibly confused. Five time banks later, Winter called all-in and asked Smith if he had the nut flush.

Smith tabled his 9875 for trip fives only, but it was good enough to score the knockout, as Winter only had AK103 for flopped trip treys.

"Not sure I wanted the call there," Smith smirked, with a big grin on his face, to Eelis Pärssinen in the next seat.

"Good value-bet," Oliver Weis chimed in from the other side of the table.
