Martinez Gonzalez Doubles Through Parssinen

Level 31 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Eelis Parssinen asked for the stack size of Sergio Martinez Gonzalez in the big blind and then raised the pot to 1,750,000. Martinez Gonzalez repotted to 5,500,000 with 1,250,000 behind and Parssinen called.

On the Q107 flop, the Spaniard moved all-in and Parssinen called.

The A turn improved the holdings of both players and Parssinen now needed an ace or queen to deal the final blow. No help came with the 9 river and Martinez Gonzalez doubled.

What followed was a limped battle of the blinds on which Martinez Gonzalez check-called 600,000 on the A74 flop. They checked the K turn and A river for Martinez Gonzalez to win the pot with K1097.

The next hand brought Parssinen's small blind limp to which Levon Khachatryan checked. Parssinen bet the KK7 flop for 500,000 and Khachatryan flat-called. On the J turn, Parssinen bet 1,200,000 but folded when Khachatryan raised to 2,700,000.

Shortly after the first three-way limped pot emerged to a flop of 994. It checked around to Parssinen who bet 500,000 and won a few chips back.
