White's Stack Withered Away; Mizrachi and Eller Also Eliminated
Level 23
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
In the final hand of the previous level, Jesse Lonis made it 105,000 to go under the gun, and Joshua Pape and Oliver White called in the blinds. Pape checked the K♠6♣5♠ flop over to White, who quickly put in a pot-sized bet of 345,000.
Lonis spent a while in the tank before giving up on the pot and mucking his cards, after which Pape put White all-in for about 150,000 more. White quickly called, risking his tournament life.
Oliver White: A♦8♣7♦4♣
Joshua Pape: A♣K♣Q♥3♠
Pape celebrated as the 2♣ turn presented him with the nut flush, locking up the pot for him. The meaningless 9♦ river completed the board as White said his goodbyes and headed to the payout desk.
Prior, Robert Mizrachi and David Eller were also knocked out of the tournament.
