Clock Called on Du

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Dylan Kahn was in the small blind and already on the A3J75 board with a huge pot of 1,300,000. He was against Guming Du, who was sitting under the gun. Players at the table mentioned that the single hand had already lasted around eight minutes.

Action was on Du as Kahn had bet 1,005,000, leaving just 20,000 not committed to the pot. Du was in the tank for around two minutes before another player at the table called the clock.

Du had just 25 seconds to act, and at the final second he moved in his stack to call. Kahn quickly tabled his 108 for the flush, and Du mucked his hand. Du only had 10,000 left to play with, and he was forced all in from the big blind and busted on the next hand.

Some of the players at the table continued to discuss how the clock call was premature, and Kahn remarked after winning the hand that he thought it was a "Very unreasonable clock call."
