Kuhn Makes a Massive Call

Level 32 : Blinds 120,000/240,000, 240,000 ante

Picking up the action on a K72 flop, Bo Chen checked his big blind to Rob Kuhn, who bet 400,000. Chen called the bet to see the 3 land on the turn. Chen check-called a bet of 1,200,000 from Kuhn this time.

The river was the J and Chen open-shoved all in, covering Kuhn's remaining stack of around 3,600,000. Kuhn went deep in the tank, stared down his opponent intensely, and tried to get a read on him by asking a few questions. Chen, meanwhile, simply stared at the felt and didn't interact.

After about five minutes, Kuhn grabbed a pile of chips and slammed them in the middle. Chen sheepishly revealed 76 for a pair of sevens, Kuhn opened AA and pumped his fist to celebrate.

"That gave me a heart attack, please," he laughed at the now former chipleader, who grinned as well.
