Danny Noam: A♠Q♠/A♦6♦6♠5♥/8♣
Yu Li: XxXx/4♣7♦9♣J♣/Xx- folded on seventh street
Kazuhiro Shirasawa: 8♥2♥2♦/6♥5♠10♠2♣
Yu Li brought in, Kazuhiro Shirasawa called, and Danny Noam completed. Li and Shirasawa both called, after which Noam bet his last 13,000 on fourth street.
Li and Shirasawa tossed in calling chips, then checked through fifth and sixth street. Li checked again on seventh street, but Shirasawa flicked in a bet.
Li reluctantly folded, and Shirasawa showed three deuces. Noam just had two pair, and he did not improve with his seventh card to be eliminated.
Jeff Madsen open-shoved for 210,000 in middle position. Omar Mehmood called his remaining 63,000 off in the hijack, and Allan Le joined in on the action on the button.
Madsen drew one card, Mehmood remained pat, and Le tossed one card as well.
Omar Mehmood: 9x8x7x3x2x
Jeff Madsen: 7x6x4x3x
Allan Le: 8x5x3x2x
Madsen paired up with a 6x, and Le did so with a 5x. Mehmood tripled up as his nine-low held, while Madsen was sent to the rail by Le's lower pair.
David Williams was seen betting a pot-sized 250,000 on a 7♠3♥K♥A♣ turn from the cutoff. Antonios Onoufriou called on the button, after which the 5♦ appeared on the river.
Williams put in the remaining stack, worth 465,000, and Onoufriou looked him up after a bit of thought.
Williams tapped the table as he revealed A♠Q♣6♠6♣ for top pair and blockers to the straight. Onoufriou had called with A♥Q♦J♣7♦ for two pair, sending a disillusioned Williams to the rail.
James Tilton: Qx4x3x/9xKx9x7x
Antonios Onoufriou: Kx4xAx/3x10x2x5x
David Williams: 6x4xAx/Qx8x5x2x
Antonios Onoufriou completed and was called by James Tilton and David Williams.
Tilton and Williams called a bet from Onoufriou on fourth street and Onoufriou bet again on fifth. Tilton called all in for his remaining stack and Williams called as well.
Williams called another bet from Onoufriou on sixth and then raised a bet from Onoufriou on seventh. Onoufriou responded with a three-bet, much to Williams' dismay.
"No fu**ing way..." Williams said as he tossed in a reluctant call.
Onoufriou tabled his hole cards for a wheel and Williams showed he held a six before mucking. Tilton held a queen — sending the massive pot Onoufriou's way and eliminating Tilton from the tournament.
After two full days of battling on the felt inside the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, Event #52: $3,000 Nine Game Mix is down to just 21 players seeking to become the latest mixed-game champion.
Leading the way with 3,500,000—nearly 20 percent of the chips in play—is none other than mixed-game crusher and eight-time bracelet winner Shaun Deeb.
Deeb vaulted to the top of the WSOP Player of the Year Leaderboard after a spectacular performance at the 2026 WSOPE, but has since slipped and is looking to turn things around after a somewhat disappointing summer thus far. Prior to this event, Deeb had only one cash during this series, but he currently sits as the favorite to make a run at the final table and reclaim a top spot in the leaderboard race.
Deeb will have a mountain of talent to contend with, however. Sitting in second position with 1,742,000 is 2004 WSOP Main Event runner-up David Williams, who has taken a break from his commentating duties to showcase his poker prowess in the prestigious event.
Further down the leaderboard are Poker Hall of Famer and five-time bracelet winner Eli Elezra (901,000), five-time bracelet winner Mike Gorodinsky (832,000), two-time bracelet winners Allan Le and Joey Couden (672,000), and Jeff Madsen (318,000) — who is fresh off a victory in the $1,500 Dealer's Choice event for his fifth bracelet.
