Deeb and Shirasawa Scoop in O8

Level 30

Omaha Hi-Lo

Kazuhiro Shirasawa raised his button, Shaun Deeb three-bet in the small blind, and Joey Couden called cold in the big blind. Shirasawa came along as well, and the flop was fanned 48Q.

Deeb tossed in a bet, and the 5 turn appeared after he was called in two spots. Deeb bet again, this time folding out Couden. Shirasawa called to the 9 river, where he called a final bet by Deeb as well.

Deeb showed AKQ2 for the nut low and top pair, scooping the pot when Shirasawa mucked his cards.

One hand later, Deeb was on the button and raised. Couden and Shirasawa called in the blinds, after which the trio checked through the 1036 flop. Couden then led out with a bet on the 3 turn, which only Shirasawa called.

The 7 river slowed down Couden. He checked it over to Shirasawa, who fired a bet into the pot. Couden called, but he could not beat Shirasawa's 10993 for a full house, and he added his cards to the muck.
