After losing much of his stack in a prior Stud high in which he had three queens and the nut heart draw on sixth, but lost to Brewer's heart flush, Mizrachi had become short-stacked.
Brewer completed, Mizrachi raised, Milgrom cold-called from the bring-in, and Brewer came along. Mizrachi bet on fourth after Brewer checked and both opponents called.
On fifth, it checked to Milgrom who bet, Brewer folded, Mizrachi raised all-in, and Milgrom called.
Mizrachi had two pair against the made low of Milgrom. Milgrom caught the 8♠ on sixth and he found the A♣ on seventh to make a wheel, leaving Mizrachi in terrible shape.
The 2♠ he caught on sixth offered no help, but the flipped over the J♦ on seventh, making a full house to survive in miraculous fashion.
