Sabishchenko Tempts Jaka

Level 24 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

In a hand that bled three minutes into the break, Rostyslav Sabishchenko raised to 100,000 on the button. Faraz Jaka came along in the big blind.

After the flop hit 288, Sabishchenko bet 50,000. Jaka called.

The turn brought the 9. Both players checked.

The 2 fell on the river, putting two pair on the board.

Sabishchenko bet 100,000.

Jaka thought about it for a bit, but found the small bet suspicious, so he folded.

His suspicions were proven to be accurate when Sabishchenko showed the 2, for a full house.

Jaka told Sabishchenko he had and ace-high, and at first thought Sabishchenko may have had the same, but didn't want to risk event 100,000 chips to find out.
