Scapula Flops Broadway

Bin Weng opened to 105,000 on the button, and Francois Scapula promptly three-bet to 345,000 in the small blind. Weng made the call, leaving just 20,000 behind.

The rest of Weng's chips went in on the QK10 flop, and Scapula quickly called.

Harry Rubin raised to 75,000 in middle position, Koji Fujimoto called on the button, Muhamet Perati called in the small blind, and the big blind folded.

Rubin fired out a bet of 60,000 when the flop came 999, and Fujimoto was the only caller. Rubin saw the A on the turn and he fired out another of 110,000, Fujimoto called again.

Rubin put Fujimoto all in for 320,000 on the 6 river, Fujimoto went deep into the tank, mucked his hand then claimed he had kings. Rubin congratulated him and said "I had the second nuts".

No Pay Jump for Nelson

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

The action was picked up on a flop of 5Q6 after Dustin Nelson in the big blind bet 40,000, Matthew Levine in early position moved all-in for 240,000. Alex Faynshteyn in the hijack called and the small blind folded.

Nelson tried to wait as much as possible to reach the next pay jump, but the clock was called and he jammed for a total of 80,000.

Levine hit the nut flush with the 810 runout to almost triple up while Nelson was eliminated in 64th place for $5,650. Daisuke Ogita was eliminated a few seconds later and took $6,700 for his 63rd place finish.

Alex Faynshteyn checked the 2439K river from the small blind, and Dylan Wilkerson fired a bet of 150,000 in the big blind.

Faynshteyn took some time before sticking the call.

"Wheel," announced Wilkerson as he showed AK53 for a staight. That was good enough to take down the pot, as Faynshteyn mucked his hand.

Le All In

Allan Le raised to 90,000 from under the gun, Vytautas Semaska who was in the small blind made it 300,000 to go. The big blind folded but Le made the call and we went to a flop of 826.

Semaska fired out a bet of 175,000, Le decided to move all in for 565,000 and Semaska made the call.

The 8 on the turn did not help Le but the 5 on the river gave him a straight and he scooped the pot.

Pedersen Takes From Ogita

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Daisuke Ogita opened to 100,000 from the cutoff. Martin Pedersen on the button called and Christopher Hannel defended from the big blind.

All three players checked the 793 flop leading to the 5 turn which was checked by Hannel. Ogita bet 125,000 and Pederson was the only one to call.

Ogita then Pedersen checked the 8 river and Ogita flipped over AAK10. Hannel had 10876 and won the hand.
