Fitzhugh Breaks at The Wrong Time

Scott Fitzhugh was ready for his chip and a chair comeback story, pushing in his final 5,000 from the button. David Avina limped in from the small blind, and Nick Pupillo checked his option from the big.
Fitzhugh "quite liked his chances" upon seeing both of his opponents draw three, as he requested a sole card from the dealer.
Action then checked through, and Avina downsized to just one card. Pupillo stuck with three, and Fitzhugh stuck with one. Avina then bet, which folded out Pupillo.
Both players drew one, and each tabled the same draw, with 8x7x6x3x. It was a 50/50, and Fitzhugh was regretting breaking his ten, showing that he got rid of the 10♠. Avino drew a jack, and Fitzhugh paired his six, spelling the end of his run.
