Bryce Yockey raised in the small blind and Paul Volpe called in the big blind.
Yockey led out with a bet on the 10♠J♣7♥ flop and Volpe called. Yockey then checked the Q♦ turn, Volpe bet, and Yockey called.
The river was the 4♥ and Volpe put out another bet. Yockey called, and Volpe showed A♠K♦Q♣4♣ for a straight to win the pot.
Phil Ivey spent all of this hand standing up from his seat watching the Colombia-Congo World Cup match on the television screen. "Phil, play some poker," Eric Wasserson told him, drawing a deathly stare from Ivey.
