Dovzhenko WIns Two on the Trot
Level 28
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Alexander Dovzhenko raised from the cutoff and Timothy Garner called from the big blind.
Garner check-called a bet from Dovzhenko on the Q♦9♣5♥ flop.
A 2♦ arrived on the turn, and Garner check-folded facing a bet of 650,000 from Dovzhenko.
The very next hand, Dovzhenko raised to 200,000 from the hijack and Susan Murphey called from the big blind.
Murphey checked the A♦J♦2♠ flop, and Dovzhenko fired for 200,000. Murphey called.
Both players were happy to check the A♠ turn and 2♦ river. Murphey showed Q♦10♠ for queen-high, but it was no good against Dovzhenko's K♠3♠ for king-high.
