Nguyen Puts Reparejo to the Test

Phuoc Nguyen raised to 10,000 from the cutoff with Roland Reparejo calling on the button and Sondra Lacoy coming along from the big blind.

Lacoy checked first on the 667 flop, and Nguyen fired a continuation-bet of 24,000. Reparejo called and Lacoy folded.

An A arrived on the turn, and Nguyen immediately jammed, covering Reparejo. Reparejo, with about 75,000 in his stack, gave it a lot of thought before deciding to fold, relinquishing the pot to Nguyen.
