Dan Cates raised to 15,000 in early position, which only Ian Matakis called in the small blind.

The 2♣10♦A♠ flop checked through, before Matakis check-called a delayed continuation-bet of 15,000 on the Q♥ turn.

The 5♦ completed the board, and Matakis checked for a third time. Cates fired 40,000 into the middle, but Matakis sprang his trap, check-raising all in for roughly 200,000. Cates didn't waste any time before folding.
