Tom Vogelsang opened to 50,000 from the cutoff. His compatriot Carlo van Ravenswoud then moved all in for 545,000. Big blind Dan Shak called all in for less, and Vogelsang made a pained fold.

Shak was in a great position, until he wasn't as the A♥4♦9♣ flop came out. The 4♥3♣ runout kept him behind, as Vogelsang announced that he had folded ace-jack suited, and was "snappig him [van Ravenswoud] off."

"So I'm out either way," said Shak as he left the table.
