Lisa Tan raised to 200,000 from under the gun. Victoria Ailloud in the hijack three-bet all-in for 1,830,000 and Tan went deep into the tank before making the call.
Victoria Ailloud: A♥K♥
Lisa Tan: Q♣9♣
Ailloud flopped top pair on A♦5♣8♠J♥6♦ to easily secure a double up.
Victoria Ailloud limped from the button with J♥10♥. Skye Chen in the small blind three-bet all-in for 4,900,000, Lexy Gavin-Mather in the big blind jammed for 890,000 and Ailloud folded.
Lexy Gavin-Mather: K♦Q♦
Skye Chen: 7♦7♣
Chen flopped a set on 4♦A♠7♥5♣6♠, leaving no chance for Gavin-Mather who was eliminated.
Lisa Tan opened to 200,000 from under the gun and Emily Spencer defended 10♥10♣ from the small blind. Caitlin Comeskey called K♦8♦ in the big blind and the players went three-ways to the flop.
The 4♣5♠4♠ saw action check to Tan who bet 150,000. Only spencer called to see the 4♦ turn and checked to Tan. Tan bet 1,000,000 and Spencer called the bet to see the 5♥ river.
Spencer made a final check, and Tan bet 3,035,000 to put Spencer all in. Spencer took some time to consider her action but eventually made the call with her boat.
Tan turned over her A♣8♠ bluff and passed a huge portion of her stack across the table. Spencer stood from the table and let out a sigh of relief, having just secured a huge double up through Tan.
Emily Spencer opened to 210,000 from early position and Jessica Teusl, who was sat to her direct left, moved all in for 1,455,000. Spencer was the only caller and the pair headed to showdown.
Jessica Teusl: A♥Q♥
Emily Spencer: A♦K♣
The 7♣3♦4♥ flop didn't change anything for Teusl, and she also missed on the 10♠ turn.
Only a queen was going to save her on the river and the dealer peeled the 2♣, ending her run in the Ladies Event.
She was also denied a second shot at the title, having placed just above the only other WSOP Ladies Event champion to make the final table, Svetlana Gromenkova.
Svetlana Gromenkova opened-jammed for her remaining 1,580,000 in the small blind and Lisa Tan called quickly from the big blind, covering her opponents stack.
Svetlana Gromenkova: A♥8♣
Lisa Tan: A♦K♥
Gromenkova looked concerned after the hands were tabled and she saw that she had ran into Tan's big slick.
The Q♥10♣2♦ flop didn't give her much to work with, and the Q♣ turn saw an opportunity to chop.
Her luck ran out on the 5♦ river which saw to her elimination and she lost her shot at a second Ladies Event title, having won the 2008 WSOP $1,000 Ladies No Limit Hold'em Event for $244,700.
Aubrey Williams opened with 5♥5♣ on the button for 210,000 and Emily Spencer called with Q♣9♣ from the small blind.
The 10♠7♥7♦ flop saw Spencer pick up the backdoor gutshot straight draw and both checked to see the K♠ turn which got Spencer a little closer, but Williams was still ahead with pocket fives.
Williams bet 345,000 after seeing Spencer check. Willams picked up the pot after Spencer quickly mucked her cards.
Lisa Tan opened with Q♥J♠ from middle position and Emily Spencer defended Q♦8♥ from the big blind.
The 3♠A♣Q♠ flop was checked by Spencer and Tan bet 130,000. Spencer made a quick call and the 8♠ was turned.
Spencer checked again and Tan moved out 350,000. Spencer made the call and the A♠ completed the board. Spencer checked one last time and Tan, who had rivered the flush, asked for 800,000 from Spencer who quickly mucked her two pair.
