New Chip Leader Mizrachi Removes Two At Once
Level 10
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
In the last hand of the previous level, Tsz Shing limped in from middle position, and Kai Yang did the same in the small blind. Michael Mizrachi then raised to 6,000 in the big blind. Shing then limp-raised to 19,500, before Yang responded by potting it, raising to 64,500, which Mizrachi called. Shing then called too, putting his full 51,000 stack in the middle.
The dealer dealt a 4♠5♠8♥ flop, and Yang moved all in for roughly 55,000, which Mizrachi snap-called.
Tsz Shing: K♠K♣Q♣9♦
Kai Yang: A♠A♣J♦5♦
Michael Mizrachi: K♦Q♠J♠9♠
The J♥ landed on the turn, keeping Yang in the lead, but the 10♠ river improved Mizrachi to a flush, seeing him eliminate two players, and claim the tournament chip lead whilst doing so.
