Abdallah Leaves Hansen on Fumes With a Double

Level 14 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

George Abdallah raised to 12,000 in early position and Ari Engel called in the cutoff. Gus Hansen then three-bet to 51,000 in the big blind, and both Abdallah and Engel called.

The flop came 10108 and Hansen continued for 25,000. Abdallah then moved all in for 70,000, and Engel got out of the way. "I'm probably going to call. I don't see why I wouldn't call," Hansen said as he personally counted down Abdallah's stack before putting him at risk.

George Abdallah: KKJ10 All in
Gus Hansen: AA65

Hansen showed two aces, but he was behind Abdallah's flopped trips. The rest of the board ran out 97, and Abdallah improved to a straight to win the pot and double up.
