Artur Martirosian raised to 160,000 from under the gun. After losing a big pot to Gergo Nagy, Joao Simao on the button jammed for 205,000 and Martirosian called.

Martirosian flopped two pair on 3♦8♦A♣Q♠10♥ to eliminate Simao.
Daniel Negreanu raised to 210,000 and Chris Frank in the small blind potted to 690,000. It folded back to Negreanu and he announced pot, Frank instantly folded.
"Double suited this time," Negreanu said and flashed the A♠A♥K♥8♠ for a mere second.
Robert Cowen limped the small blind shortly after and Jonathan Depa raised to 180,000. Cowen potted to 540,000 and Depa called for nearly one third of his stack. The A♥9♦3♦ flop saw Cowen bet 280,000 and Depa asked for the size of the pot before surrendering shortly thereafter.
Artur Martirosian made it 210,000 from the button and Gergo Nagy called from the small blind.
Nagy check-called bets of 240,000 and 575,000 on the flop and turn for the board to read 9♥8♣2♦5♠J♥.
Nagy had 1,330,000 behind, and checked. Martirosian slid in a tower of T-100,000 chips and Nagy quickly folded.
Sean Winter raised to 160,000 and was called by Chris Frank, who then check-folded the 8♥3♥2♣ flop to a bet of 135,000. Winter won the blinds once more thereafter before Yosuke Miki made it 150,000 to go. Robert Cowen in the cutoff three-bet to 500,000 and Sergio Martinez Gonzalez out of the big blind raised the pot to 1,680,000. Miki folded quickly and Cowen followed suit.
Naoya Kihara opened to 210,000 from the hijack and Artur Martirosian in the big blind called.
The dealer fanned a flop of K♠Q♦9♣ and Kihara's 200,000-chip stack was called by Martirosian.

Kihara flopped two pair and was on his way to double up with the 7♥ turn, but the 9♦ river gave trips to Martirosian so Kihara was eliminated on the bubble.
Artur Martirosian opened to 210,000 from the cutoff, and after using two time extensions, Naoya Kihara called from the big blind.
Kihara had 145,000 going to the 6♣5♦4♠ flop, and check-folded when Martirosian put him all-in.
On the next deal, Martirosian raised to 210,000 from the hijack, and Kihara put in the last of his chips from the small blind.

Kihara picked up a flush draw on the J♣9♥3♥ flop, but fell behind after Martirosian paired up on the 6♦ river. Luckily for Kihara, he made his flush on the J♥ river and doubled.
Jeremy Ausmus opened to 160,000 from the cutoff and faced Lautaro Guerra who defended from the big blind.
Ausmus continued for 125,000 on the 5♥6♦4♣ flop, then fired a second barrel to 525,000 on the J♦ turn. Guerra check-called both times.
Guerra checked the 5♠ river. Ausmus checked back but ran into Guerra's full house with A♥A♦6♣6♠.
Jeremy Ausmus limped the small blind and Artur Martirosian raised to 180,000 from the big blind, which Ausmus called. The 7♠7♥5♣ flop was checked by Ausmus, who then folded when Martirosian bet 120,000.
Martirosian raised the pot to 180,000 one hand later for Gergo Nagy to defend the big blind. They checked the entire board of 10♠9♦4♦K♠9♣ and Nagy held the better kicker with Q♥10♣8♥4♠ versus 10♥8♠3♠2♥.
Sean Winter opened to 150,000 from the hijack and Robert Cowen called from the big blind.
"Shall we check it down?" asked Winter.
"Sure," replied Cowen.
However, that's not quite what happened. Cowen checked on the Q♣8♥3♠ flop and Winter continued for 275,000. Cowen made it 1,200,000 and Winter quickly folded.
"Top and bottom?" Winter enquired.
Cowen said he didn't and that he had actually misread his hand after putting in the check-raise.
Winter tried to guess Cowen's hand a few more times, but the Brit denied each suggestion.
Daniel Negreanu called from the hijack, with action folding to Chris Frank in the big blind. He made it 210,000.
"Bravo," said Negreanu, who called.
The J♠5♥2♣ flop checked through to the 3♦ turn, where Frank check-called for 400,000.
The Q♦ river checked through to showdown.
Frank tabled A♠A♥10♣9♣ for aces, and Negreanu mucked.
