Everybody Loves a.......

Level 22 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Action folded to Thanh Duong on the button, who made it 55,000 to play and was looked up by Michael Shaferman in the big blind.

On the 98J flop, Shaferman check-called Duong's 45,000 continuation-bet for the dealer to peel off the 9 as the turn. Shaferman checked once more to Duong, who fired out a second barrel of 115,000. Shaferman flat-called once more.

The dealer rolled off the J as the river, and Shaferman led out for 100,000. Duong didn't take long and tossed in the call, tabling K9 for a full house, the same hand as Shaferman had with Q9, so they chopped the pot.

Heads up to the turn of 2Q66 with nearing 600,000 in the pot. Benjamin Nguyen checked from the small blind to Itai Levy in middle position, who fired out for 150,000, which left him about 220,000 behind.

Nguyen went deep into the tank and counted out his stack and the bet numerous times. "I feel that you might have pocket Queens," he commented to Levy to try and get a read.

"It's either a jam or fold; I can't call, and he jams on the river," came another debate in his head.

"You show if I fold?" Nguyen asked Levy.

After three to four minutes in the tank, he finally released his hand to send Levy the sizable pot.

"You want me to show?" Levy asked Nguyen before the dealer pulled in his cards.

"Yes," came Nguyen's response as Levy flicked over AJ for total air!
