Doddapaneni Flushes Gabellini Out

Johan Gabellini in the big blind and Sriharsha Doddapaneni in cutoff had already built a 2,000,000 pot when the flop dropped 7♠9♠6♦.

After a check, Doddapaneni shoved all in for more than 8,000,000. Gabelini, covered, called, risking his tournament life.

Both players hit the nine on the board but Doddapaneni had the better kicker. The dealer peeled a 10♠ on the turn, pushing Gabellini in the lead with two-pair.

The river 6♠ gave the lead back to Doddapaneni with a flush sending Gabellini to hit the rails.

Darrell Schauermann moved almost all of his chips into the middle, sliding forward 850,000 from the cutoff while leaving a single T-25,000 chip behind. Eric Weber moved all in on the button, with Schauermann tanking on the verge of a pay jump.

Once a knockout was confirmed at another table, Schauermann slid in his final chip.
