Yanting Jiang has been increasing the pressure and opening a number of hand which have been getting folded to, scooping up pots pre-flop.
One hand saw some action get past the flop as Jiang opened from under the gun and saw no action and then a few hands later she opened to 2,500,000 from the cutoff and saw Maurice Hawkins defend his big blind. The 3♦7♠5♥ flop saw Hawkins check-fold after Jiang continued for another 2,500,000.
Yoon Choi also jammed a couple of hand and retook back some of the blinds he had lost in the last level of play, and Hawkins is still sitting at the bottom of the pack.
