"I haven't cashed a tournament in three years," Mike Wattel said as he raised on the button. Maksim Pisarenko then returned to the table with a drink for both himself and tablemate Spencer Simpson. He took a sip before three-betting in the small blind, as Jason Gola in the big blind and Wattel called.
The flop came 6♠3♦3♣ and Gola bet. Wattel folded, while Pisarenko called.
Gola bet again on the 5♥ turn, but Pisarenko then raised. Gola called that bet, and another on the J♣ river.
Pisarenko turned over 8♠7♦4♥4♣ for a straight and low, and Gola mucked.
"I never lose in the blinds, I don't know why," Pisarenko said as he sloppily stacked his chips.
"This table is so lit," Simpson added.
