Brandon Wilson opened to 4,500 from early position before Dan Smith made the call from the next seat over. Barak Wisbrod joined on the button, and Haruhiko Shinohara defended his big blind to create a four-handed pot.

It checked to Smith after the flop fanned out 54J before he bet 6,000. Wisbrod and Shinohara folded, but Wilson had other plans.

Wilson chose to check-raise to 20,000 in response, and Smith bowed out with a fold to award the pot to Wilson.
