Dealer Makes Good Choice

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Five Card PLO Double Board

93K2A
92Q76

Carlos Sanchez took dealer's choice to the actual dealer, and asked him to pick the game from a blind draw.

He won the first hand, then got into a three-way hand for his tournament life on the next.

Sanchez followed Robert Galbraith's all-in with his own, and was called by Sergio Benso.

Robert Galbraith: AJ1083All in
Carlos Sanchez: KKJ92All in
Sergio Benso: AAJ95

Sanchez was prepared to walk away from the table when he saw the ace on the river, before it was pointed out that he had hit a backdoor jack-high flush on that board, so he split the side pot with Benso.

Galbraith stayed alive in the event, splitting the main pot with Sanchez by winning the bottom board with a ten-high straight.

Pot-Limit Omaha 8 or Better

Robert Galbraith limped in the cutoff, making the call when Carlos Sanchez raised to 80,000 from the small blind.

Sanchez moved all in for his last 110,000 on the A105 flop, and Galbraith called.

Carlos Sanchez: AA96 All in
Robert Galbraith: QJ32

Sanchez improved to quads on the A turn, while Galbraith missed his low draw on the 9 river and paid the double to his left.

At a nearby table, Jerry Wong was the next to hit the rail in 24th place.

Krela Scoops Sanchez

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha 8 or Better

One hand after taking a nasty three-quarter pot loss when he and Jonathan Turner had almost the same hand with pocket jacks, Jonathan Krela found himself all in again.

The hand started with Carlos Sanchez raising to 70,000 from early position and Krela calling on the button.

When the flop came 537, Krela moved all in with his remaining 100,000 chips and Sanchez called.

Jonathan Krela: A862All in
Carlos Sanchez: AQ54

Krela had the nut-low and an open-ended straight draw. He made the straight with the 4 on the turn and the 3 river didn't change anything.

Lenz Doubles Through Fischer

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Five Card PLO

Three-way action to the 6KJ flop saw Zachary Fischer lead out from middle position with a pot-sized bet of 380,000. Michael Lenz called off his remaining short stack in the cutoff, while Jerry Wong got out of the way on the button.

Turner Takes Most of It

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Big O

Carlos Sanchez raised to 70,000 under the gun. Jon Turner called from the hijack.

The flop of 575 brought checks from both. Sanchez checked, then called Turner's 100,000-chip bet on the 4 turn.

When the 7 put two pair on the board, Sanchez lead out with a pot-sized bet of 390,000.

After a deep tank, Turner made the call.

Sanchez showed AQJ82 for the nut-low and just an ace-queen for high.

Turner was shocked to get three-quarters of the pot with AK1092, thanks to the same low and a king kicker with his ace for the high.

Stewart Bets Out Liberto

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Five Card PLO

Joshua Stewart raised to 60,000 before Justin Liberto three-bet to 180,000 as next to act. Stewart called, and both players checked the 34Q flop.

The dealer flipped over the K turn, where Stewart fired 300,000 into the middle. That produced a fast fold from Liberto, as Stewart collected the pot.

Liam Murphy

Five Card PLO Double Board

A2844
2JJ67

Three-way action to the turn saw Liam Murphy fire a bet of 125,000. Scott Abrams called, while Brevin Andreadis got out of the way.

Murphy announced a bet of 425,000 on the river, and Abrams took some time and counted his remaining stack before sticking in a single calling chip.

"I have quads," proclaimed Murphy.

"And?" asked Abrams.

"Jacks," replied Murphy as he tabled QJJ98 for quads on the bottom board. Abrams showed AK975 for a flush on the bottom, but his ace on the top was enough to earn the chop.
