Waiting at the finish line alongside the WSOP gold bracelet is a $407,137 payday for the eventual champion, the largest slice of the event's $2,381,640 prize pool. Before thoughts can turn to the final table and beyond, however, the returning field must first navigate the money bubble, with only 134 players guaranteed a payout.
Alex Foxen returns fifth in chips with 588,000 as he looks to add a second bracelet of the summer, having captured Event #44: $10,000 Super Turbo Bounty No-Limit Hold'em for his fourth career WSOP title earlier in the series. Among those standing in his way are overnight chip leader Stanislav Halatenko (950,000), Vivian Saliba (788,000), Hen Rosilio (704,000), and Krasimir Yankov (637,000), who round out the top four stacks heading into Day 2.

Day 2 gets underway at 1 p.m. local time on July 13, with another ten levels of play scheduled. Action resumes on Level 13 with blinds at 2,000/4,000. The field will first need to survive the money bubble, at which point each remaining player will be guaranteed $6,033, with the chance to chase much larger paydays still to come.
