Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Hank Sitton moved all in from early position for 39,000 and Team Christopher Godfrey - Joel Micka - Shane Abbott called from the big blind.

Hank Sitton - Heather Landay - Edward Dowland: {2-Hearts}{2-Diamonds}
Christopher Godfrey - Joel Micka - Shane Abbott: {10-Spades}{10-Hearts}

Sitton was at risk with two red deuces and was well behind his opponent's pocket tens.

The flop came {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}{j-Spades} and Hitton began to stand up from his chair. The turn was the {5-Hearts}, but the river was the {2-Spades} and Sitton and his rail put up a fist pump and cheered.

Jamie Kerstetter Calls It

Level 15 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante
Jamie Kerstetter
Jamie Kerstetter

Jamie Kerstetter moved all in for 25,000 from under the gun, and Team Thomas Zanot - Gregory Milliron called from early position.

Kerstetter tabled {7-Spades}{7-Clubs}, turned to her partner Chris Horter on the rail and said, "I've got your hand." Her opponent revealed {a-Hearts}{j-Clubs} for a coin flip.

The flop came {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs}, keeping Kerstetter in the lead with a pair of sevens and giving her a straight draw as backup if she needed it.

The turn was the {a-Diamonds} and Kerstetter needed some help to avoid elimination. The {9-Diamonds} on the river gave her a straight. She turned to Horter, smiled, and said, "I called it baby", as the dealer shipped her the pot.

A player raised to 7,500 from early position and Mukul Pahuja three-bet to 20,000. The action was folded back to the initial raiser who tanked for nearly five minutes before placing out a call. His opponent checked blind and the dealer fanned the flop of {K-Spades}{10-Hearts}{4-Clubs}. Pahuja bet 12,000 and his opponent shipped all in for 57,500. Pahuja called and the cards were tabled.

Pahuja: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}
Opponent: {K-Hearts}{Q-Hearts}

Pahuja was out in front with a pair of kings and a better kicker. The board ran out clean for him and his opponent was eliminated.

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

A player from middle position raised to 5,500 and Ryan Laplante called from directly to his left. The two players went heads up to the flop that saw the {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} hit the felt. Laplante called a bet of 6,500 from his opponent and the dealer turned the {9-Hearts}. His opponent bet 11,500 and Laplante took a few moments before raising to 33,000. His opponent mucked his cards and Laplante was able to scoop the pot without having to show his cards

This is NOT a Misprint!

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Brian Yoon
Brian Yoon

Brian Pinkus is captaining Team Brian Pinkus – Michael Pinkus and he raised to 7,000 from early position. Team Brian Yoon - Michael Gagliano three-bet to 18,500 from middle position and the action was folded around to Pinkus who called. The flop came {8-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} and Pinkus checked to Yoon who bet 18,000. Pinkus moved all in and Yoon snap-called for 94,700 and his tournament life.

Yoon: {A-Spades}{A-Diamonds}
Pinkus: {8-Clubs}{7-Spades}

The turn was the {5-Clubs} and the river was the {5-Spades}, giving Yoon a bigger full house and crippling Pinkus' stack. Nipun Java, sitting at the table, laughed and said, "Sometimes it's a misprint, make sure you take note that it was seven-eight offsuit!" needling Pinkus a little after he lost the hand.

Team Crouton Takes a Hit

Level 14 : 1,200/2,400, 400 ante

Chris Horter had {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} in front of him after calling Team Tom Kearney - Daniel Healey's all in preflop, with their team well behind holding {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}.

The flop came {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Horter paired his ace, but his opponent picked up a gut-shot straight draw.

The dealer peeled the {10-Diamonds} on the turn and Team Kearney - Daniel Healey drilled their straight to guarantee their team's safety. Horter was drawing to a chop, but couldn't get there when the {a-Hearts} hit the river.

Team Kearney - Daniel Healey doubled up, while Team Crouton, consisting of Horter, Jamie Kerstetter, and Eric Wasserson, lost a good chunk of their stack.
