De Silva Arrives and Takes from Ruzicka

Level 9 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Upeshka De Silva, who won his second career bracelet earlier this series, just arrived at the table of Vojtech Ruzicka and the duo immediately got involved in a three-way hand. A raise to 2,600 was called by De Silva in late position and Ruzicka on the button.

On the {J-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop, the action checked to Ruzicka and he bet 5,000, both opponents called. After the {Q-Spades} turn the trio checked and the {3-Diamonds} river saw a check by the initial raiser. De Silva bet 24,300 for almost the size of the pot and Ruzicka called, the third player in the hand folded.

"I have a set," De Silva announced and rolled over {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds}. Ruzicka mucked his cards and lost one third of his stack as a result.
