Geller Doubles Through Farrell

Level 10 : 800/1,600, 200 ante

The early rise of Niall Farrell has seem a dramatic downfall over the past hour, and in the last hand before the break, the Scotsman took another hit to his stack.

Joining the action on the {J-Spades}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts} flop, Farrell checked his cards in middle position, and Gregory Geller announced an all in. Farrell asked for a count, and Geller's stack was already prepared for the upcoming chip race of the T-100 chips during the dinner break. His shove was for 59,300, far more than the pot, and Farrell engaged in some table talk.

"You can fold," Geller said.

"That is one option," sighed Farrell, and he called about a half-minute later.

Geller tabled {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} and walked away over to the next table, not wanting to watch the outcome of the hand. Farrell had some outs with {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}, but the {A-Diamonds} turn and {J-Diamonds} river were both blanks.

"You are good," Farrell said and turned around to Geller, who then walked back.

"I just wanted it to be over with," Geller said and headed into the dinner break with a fresh double.
