James Obst Looks to Add a Bracelet to His Career Résumé in Event #26: $10,000 Razz Championship

Nine return today to play down to a winner in the Event #26: $10,000 Razz Championship. After multiple deep runs already this summer and one second-place finish, it’s James Obst who leads the way. He is still looking to capture his illustrious first bracelet after multiple final table appearances.

The final table has no shortage of studs looking to block Obst from that first bracelet, though. The final table hosts a cast of bracelet winners and fan favorites alike including David “ODB” Baker (757,000), Brandon Shack-Harris (587,000), Nick Schulman (238,000) and Anthony Zinno (508,000). All of these players are looking to add another bracelet to their career résumés.

Last night Owais Ahmed busted in 10th on the last hand while the second table was bagging up chips, so a final table redraw will happen first thing in the afternoon. Up for grabs is the first-place prize of $265,138 and, of course, a World Series of Poker gold bracelet.

Players will play down to a winner today after action kicks off at 2 p.m. PDT. PokerNews will be here with all the action so be sure to stay tuned.
